Een huisarts is er voor álle patiënten, laagdrempelig en toegankelijk. Dus niet voor alleen mensen met Covid-19. Of alleen voor gevaccineerden. En voor een goede diagnose heeft een huisarts een anamnese en lichamelijk onderzoek nodig, dus geen PCRtest via een GGD teststraat. 2/6
Het gros van het werk van een huisarts is uitleg en geruststelling. Aandacht en maatwerk zijn de pijlers van mijn werk. Dat kan niet als iemand een testuitslag krijgt en vervolgens in isolatie moet, zoals het heel 2020 ging. 3/6

If you’re fit & well w/ no co-morbidities, live in a large home w/ a garden, have no financial worries/personal stresses, can easily WFH, do not have to care for a vulnerable adult or child & have access to private healthcare & education, I suspect you may not understand!

Excerpt: The Trans20 study aims to "document the natural history of gender diversity presenting in children." It isn't clear how the study design could allow observation of 'natural' history of #TGD youth when it intervenes in developmental trajectories of ALL 600 participants!
