The goal is to develop a Culture of Collaboration by implementing Focus Group activity driven Learning over Orator based traditional teaching approach. This is also to discourage the orator based Design Thinking Workshops and make it more participatory. The idea is that,
one person will use the app & others will take down behavioral notes. But unfortunately people forget to take notes & stare at the screen following the user. So I think a timer is required that fades out the screen if anyone is idle beyond 10 sec. Also everyone should
write in the same chat window but later should be able to segregate chats by name to view each other's perspective.
