I'm very pleased to announce that we yesterday filed papers appealing the decision - which I continue to believe is wrong - of the Court of Session refusing to refer to the Court of Justice the question whether the UK can unilaterally revoke its Article 50 notification.
Whether the appeal progresses will depend on whether the Court of Session will grant a protective expenses order to the Petitioners (as it did to the 'Interested Parties' at first instance). But if we get a 'PEO' we intend to go all the way to the Supreme Court.
If you'd like to support the litigation you can do so here crowdjustice.com/case/strengthe… (or by donating to goodlawproject.org/membership/ to support the personal indemnity I am giving).
