Magna Carta is a bunch of angry warlords managing to corner a craven schemer and extorting a slightly bigger piece of pie - for themselves.
It's unfortunate that Magna Carta is increasingly becoming a 'Free Men On The Land' kind of deal for a lot of wingnut Brits. It really is a central moment in British history, along with the foundation of Parliament.
Just once - JUST ONCE - I'd like to see these guys try to quote the Bill of Rights (1689) in one of their six hour videos about how, actually, England doesn't exist, and leaves are legal tender.
