if you wanted monthly ON electricity reporting for Canada Day - especially if you've been jonesing for May reporting from the IESO - here's my shadow reporting for June:
BI: app.powerbi.com/view?r=eyJrIjo…

Long: sites.google.com/view/cold-air-…
toggle on some more months and the BI page can also provide quarterly figured:
demand up about 4%
imports up the most, followed closely by gas.
hydro down the most.
Select the first 6 months and "Ontario Demand shows 3% growth from the first half of 2017 - pretty much back to the levels of 2015 and 2016.
Keep in mind "basic" on this reporting means only certain files from @IESO_Tweets are used.
A better display of actual demand needs to include generation embedded in distribution networks.
Here graphed with another IESO figure - assuming June 2018 embedded same as 2017.
remains to be seen if acting on price restored demand to a similar level as 2009-2015, or weather temporarily slowed decline of 2016 and 2017.
