1) Recently, the @WSJ has done some investigative report on Lacroix owner National Beverage $FIZZ coinciding with the company's year end earnings report and a short sell recommendation by Maxim Group, allow me to retort:
2) On 6/26/18, Maxim Group published a sell recommnedation on $FIZZ with a price target of $45, the stock trades at $110. Maxim has been issuing a SELL on $FIZZ since May of 2017 with price targets ranging from $33 to $45.
3) On 6/26/18, @WSJ published an article titled "SEC has its own questions about LaCroix." (wsj.com/articles/the-s…) Exciting headline, but if you read below: The agency said in May that it had completed its review of the matter.

5) Then on 7/3/18, WSJ publishes another salacious article "Billionaire behind LaCroix Accused of Improper Touching by Two Pilots." (wsj.com/articles/billi…)
6) There were two allegations by male co-pilots from 2014-2016. Once case was settled. Interestingly, this lawsuit was reported by Bloomberg @stephengandel in July 2017 (bloomberg.com/amp/gadfly/art…)
7) The most recent Bloomberg data show 2.8 million shares short on a float of 11.7 million shares, 23.66%. Meanwhile the company is recording record sales and market share in a top growing category with record cash on the balance sheet and no debt. (bevnet.com/news/2018/niel…)
