2/ Paraphrasing: There is a hard limit on the amount of transactions that can be processed in a certain amount of time, but we can, theoretically, transfer all 21 million bitcoins in one transaction.
3/ This is essentially what layering in bitcoin is achieving. It’s leveraging the limitlessness of value transfer to remedy the hard limitations in transaction volume.
