Need to read the original to see what it says. It's from Chosun's Washington correspondent who pens a column called "Kang In-sun's Washington Live." Kang claims Pompeo took 2 gifts to KJU: (1) a personal letter from Trump and (2) Elton John's Rocket Man CD

Why, what's behind the CD? Kang cites an unnamed diplomatic source: At the Singapore summit, KJU recalled Trump calling him 'Rocket Man' when NK was on a missile-firing binge in 2017. Trump then asked whether he ever listened to Elton John's song. KJU said, no, never heard of it.
Trump remembered the exchange and decided to send KJU the CD. He also signed and wrote a personal message on it. We'll see if the story is true or manufactured later. But it was Trump sweating the small stuff to see if Rocket Man follows through this time
Again SK's Chosun is the only (and unlikely) source for this. Pompeo laughed when asked and no State Dept official is aware of the CD. SK analysts don't know much about it either: they keep referring to famous musician "John Elton" who sang "Rocket Man"

No Rocket Man CD was given to NK. Not because the talks were faltering but because Pompeo never brought one. Remember, the story originated from SK outlet Chosun and we thought it odd that a "Washington diplomatic source" would leak to only Chosun
