Russiagate skeptics are tweeting about how Mueller's indictment doesn't include firm evidence that the hackers were indeed GRU.

Honest question for lawyers: Is it customary for an indictment document to lay out all specific evidence (& sources) for alleged crimes?
I truly don't know the answer to this. But the idea that an indictment needs to lay out all of its methods before a trial or negotiations seems odd.
