Spoke to 3 colleagues who I discovered were leave voters on a work trip.
All good people, all intelligent, all professionals
They did however illustrate some common (and fairly depressing) characteristics which show we have a challenge
They enthusiastically agreed with this and seemed to think it was a compliment.
The same 2 said "I'm an optimist, everything will work out for the best"
To speak to them you would never think the government is in chaos, or that Vote Leave cheated, or even that no deal was being threatened
This I think is the real challenge - many Leave voters may simply have not informed themselves and are not interested in how Brexit is progressing
