NEW: Special master rejects more than HALF of privilege designations made by Cohen, Trump and/or Trump Org on the 1,262 items from the next batch of files.

Judge Jones rules 665 are not privileged.

Cohen and Trump again don’t fight her determinations.

These trends continue:

* Only privilege claims over tiny fraction of files.

* Special master Barbara Jones rejects substantial percentage of those claims.

* Cohen and Trump haven't fought Jones' determinations once since ordered to do so on the record by Judge Wood.

FLASHBACK: On June 8, Judge Wood rules that - if Cohen or Trump want to dispute the special master's privilege determinations - they must do so on the public record.

Cohen and Trump back down from every privilege fight after this date.
