I've noticed black people feeling superior to other black folk based upon which set of Europeans colonised/enslaved their ancestors seems to be all the rage on twitter lately. Clown shit.
Funniest part about all these 'diaspora war' idiots is that they are so eager to show us all how much history they don't read....
All of most the important musical/cultural and political movements in the English speaking black world have been transnational. This holds true for Jazz, Hip Hop, Harlem Renaissance, Reggae the UNIA, African/Caribbean independence movements, anti apartheid etc etc etc
But nuff a uno na read book so...

You see my own experience playing for multiple pro clubs as a yout and seeing so much talent go to waste for a whole host of possibly controllable reasons makes me know a club that understands where a lot of young players r coming frm and what they really going through is needed

If you was thinking about not training today cos it's Saturday I was feeling that way too fam. But we'll feel much better afterwards so lets have a go, even if its a light session. Safe. Have a good one 👊🏾
I will say this, as the years progress I have gotten much better at listening to my body and not overtraining, when you used to be a full time athlete this is actually harder to do than it sounds....
So if I am feeling run down or I have just got off a flight I'll still train but I'll just do some stretching or light shadow work and leave it there, whereas before I'd be like nah you gotta go ham every time and either pick up small injuries or run myself down too much...

Yo my bro @sterling7 nuff respect. Don't you think its time you and the man dem got together to buy a lower league club? You'd find a swathe of willing investors/sponsors and it would show real a level of seriousness? Just a thought..
Other potential options include withholding your ££ from the PFA if you are unsatisfied that YOUR union is serving you correctly (the head of the PFA makes £2.2mil a year, you pay him, what does he do for you man??)
Black premier league footballers probably make the most disproportionate contribution to the UK tax base of any *minority* group in any employment sector, aren't you man tired of getting chiefed up??

What none of you discern when it comes to frenzied trolling behavior is the fact that it is ALWAYS motivated by psychosexual factors. Your lack of discernment manifests as engaging the troll on his/her rationalizations for what they write, which U properly ID as irrational.
However, NONE of you ever ask: “Wait a minute here, why in God’s name does a person all of a sudden fish hook a man/woman and become frenzied to the point of becoming hysterical? It is, in the case of a male frenzied over another male an indice of latent homosexual attraction
Then....that attraction is 99% of the time REJECTED by the object of the frenzied stalker/troll. Rejection may have manifested, as it did here, with blocking, unfollowing or ignoring the troll overwhelmed by his/her pathological need too be loved.

I've observed some movements taking off on Twitter. Some for #MedEd, raising awareness, knowledge sharing, inspiration and sharing failings, wounds & triumphs. Generally they support creative expression in 280 characters. Awesome! 2/
As these movements gain momentum, more people want to join in b/c #belonging. I'm seeing a disturbing trend of sharing experiences of patients/clients to promote how deep & human they are. Some are purely intended, some not. 3/

After 70 years of imperial/neoliberal indoctrination the web of lies is so obviously absurde (9/11, Skripal, WH = ISIS, etc.), that it is dissoluting. The empathetic humanity connects, closes ranks and sends their eternal psychopathic rulers and their lackeys into nowhere land.
The "evil empire" is a lifelong three year old child. I certainly loved my children at that age too, however only because they created not only a surreal mess, but also made steady progress.

A great documentary about psychopathy and society:
The elite invented "democracy" to protect them from the empathetic people. The media are their means for misleading the people sedated by "democracy". This is definitely a bad thing since the people have become educated and the elite almost totally insane.
