Could SDNY be bringing the Cohen case ASAP to show Trump’s guilt BEFORE the SCOTUS vote?

Because if Kavanaugh gets on the Supreme Court he may block SDNY from bringing charges against a sitting POTUS?

This is speculation but since the GOP are fast tracking the SCOTUS vote - are SDNY & Mueller fast tracking SDNY charges against Trump/Cohen to illustrate Trumps guilt now?
(Hence Trump CFO also subpoenaed?)

Cause if the SCOTUS vote happens & the GOP gets Kavanaugh through then..

Soon any charges SDNY brings against Trump may be pointless since Trumps team simply bring it to the SCOTUS & Kavanaugh/Conservative judges may vote you cant try a sitting POTUS thus jeopardizing the SDNY being able to bring a case against Trump?

Is that why the heats turned up?

Are things happening so fast since the SDNY is up against the clock w/ the SCOTUS vote & need to roll out their case quickly?

Even if SDNY isn’t ready to bring charges, maybe infos being strategically leaked so Trumps guilt is on full display BEFORE the vote on the SCOTUS seat?

If SDNY is making their move now or info is strategically being leaked then IMHO they’re saving our Country as we speak

It doesn’t stop Mueller from making the bigger Russia/Obstruction case he just does it AFTER OR DURING the SDNY

And of course

SDNY charges CAN’T BE PARDONED
