Here—I'll save you a click: Chart showing four stages of safety restraints in cars. Stage 1: rear-facing seats; Stage 2: forward-facing seats; Stage 3: booster seats; Stage 4: seat belts.
I think the vertical lines are years? If that's the case, they should be labelled.

But Stage 1 and 3 bars overlap a little bit. Do some people go straight from rear-facing seats to booster seats?

When I'm done dissertating I think I'll relaunch my editing business to focus exclusively on fixing indecipherable flowcharts, concept maps, and system charts. Zoidberg meme with caption
I imagine "fixing" would mean "getting rid of" about 90% of the time.
I use mind maps and concept maps all the time, to clarify my own thinking. But the reason they work for me is that I see them being built, layer by layer, and I understand the shorthand I'm using. They're utterly meaningless to a naive reader.

Thread 2b of the #NPHP conclusion. 1. Let’s discuss the elephant in the room. Mortgages to low income group. No financial institution worth it’s salt will be willing to provide mortgage and that too at subsidized rate to someone with unverifiable max income of 60k
The government needs to set up an agency (it could be HBFC or PHA) that buys the low income flats in buildings and mortgages it to low income buyers. As stated earlier, if pushed really hard by SBP/govt, commercial banks may offer a few low income mortgages.
In case of default by low income owners, that agency alone should be responsible for eviction, loan workout, sale to next buyer.

This is the biggest nut to crack and I am open to any or all options.

The article implies that mining is a risk to the Boreal Forest. The area it is technically possible to mine oil sands represents less than 0.02% of the Canadian Boreal forest, less that 0.01% is being mined. More area burns most years than is mined #bcpoli #cdnpoli #abpoli 2/
