Remember that time @JeremyCorbyn appeared on PressTV and said that the Israeli government and Israeli embassy are “very assertive towards all journalists and the BBC” and as proof of this said “there is a bias towards saying . . . Israel has a right to exist”. No? Here you go...
For @JeremyCorbyn, saying “Israel has a right to exist” is proof of journalistic bias. Why? Because for him Israel doesn’t have a right to exist. Still wondering why he is so ‘pally pally’ with Hamas and Hezbollah……
A reminder of what @UKLabour’s code of conduct on antisemitism says – “The Party is clear that the Jewish people have the same right to self-determination as any other people. To deny that right is to treat the Jewish people unequally and is therefore a form of antisemitism”
He also said that “there is a bias towards saying Israel is a democracy” and “Israel has its security concerns”. It’s not that Corbyn agrees with these views and thinks they’re just talked about too much, he inherently believes them to be untrue. Just like Israel’s right to exist
Was what @jeremycorbyn said in 2011 a breach of his own party's code on antisemitism?
