Vote Leave was found beyond reasonable doubt to have broken electoral rules.
In an election or local authority referendum this could lead to the vote being annulled.
But not in EU Referendum.

4/ The Claimants are asking for the court to find that (1) the referendum result was vitiated by fraud, and (2) the Prime Minister was acting under a fundamental factual error (that the referendum represented the ‘will of the people’) when triggering Article 50
