For the last few years Larissa has been using data scientists, behavioural scientists and designs to help people make informed choices in the finance industry.

Larissa is going to share the collaboration model they used when working with 4 different disciplines.

It didn't work well at first...

They created a collaboration map to define how everyone was going to work well together.

In order to be successful Larissa had to create their own common language because they often had words that meant completely different things to the different disciplines.

The rigor that behavioural scientists needed for their experiments were at such a high level it was confronting.
