BTW, an update: CRAZY RICH ASIANS is both hilarious and ultimately really sweet. I think it’s the first wedding scene I’ve enjoyed in a movie in many years? Constance Wu, Michelle Yeoh, Gemma Chan, Awkwafina = 💯s across the board
(Yes, I just saw it tonight. I was in NYC the first weekend, seeing theater, and then it kept being sold out here in DC the second weekend. Tonight, I gave in and sat in the front row to get there. Which like, rake in the $$$, y’all!)
