Last night, why did Nadine Dorries spread a nonsense story from 2008 by an Anne-Marie Waters supporter, who considers Tommy Robinson to be a "truth teller" (before deleting)...

Given the facts released today by the Judge on the child fostering case that formed the basis of 4 front pages at The Times, there is little doubt that Andrew Norfolk should resign and The Times should issue an unequivocal apology.
This is worse than the other 50+ corrections I have been able to elicit, for inaccuracy.

This "disgracefully dishonest" reporting cannot be seen as a mere error.

There is little doubt that Norfolk appears to have intentionally withheld facts and twisted a story, to elicit 4 front pages.

For those who missed it this morning, here's a quick thread about something 'Tommy Robinson' did this week, and several serious questions it raises. /1
For the last few weeks, a young man called Luke has been using his technical skills to rip the livestreams that 'Tommy Robinson' puts on-line.

He would often point out the inconsistencies in 'Tommy's' rants, and had been a vital resource for anti-racist activists. /2
Sometime in the last two weeks (why I can't give the exact date will become clear soon), Luke made a point about how 'Tommy' had profited from his work.

He used publicly available information - a real estate listing, a newspaper article and video screencaps - to do so. /3

Anne-Marie Waters wasn't suspended for her politics, as loathsome as I find them. If it was just her outlining policy, she'd still be here. No, she was banned for frequently inciting hatred against Muslim Britons, including individuals. Twitter is better off without her.
If Anne-Marie Waters was some jackass with an ❌ either side of her username, she'd have been turfed ages ago. It was purely her verification & status as party leader protecting her.

She acted like a dickhead, painted ordinary Britons as monsters & was shown the door. Great.

So I went to #DayforFreedom today - the 'free speech' rally organized by Tommy Robinson & his crew. Me, a notorious SJW carelord. Here's what I learned.
1. Yeah, it was heaving with bigots of every stripe. No surprise, right? You had your FLA bigots, your Generation Identity bigots, your mad conspiracy theorist bigots & your Keklord bigots. It was a Bigotapolooza. Bigotchella.

Also, you had this guy.
2. You also had folks of every colour and demographic among the 'NO TO SHARIA LAW' and 'LEAVE THE EU' placards.

You can't go suggesting that this was just a bunch of scared white dudes.
