Had a coaching call with a reader today

One of the key takeaways:

If you've NEVER made money online, learning Facebook ads, ClickFunnels, email marketing, affiliate marketing and copywriting - at the same time - is HARD

Simplify as much as possible

Start with the fundamentals

- One target
- One offer
- One platform

Use as little tech as possible

Validate your offer

Sell it

THEN, maybe, add a second offer

But you gotta walk before you run

2nd takeaway, online and offline businesses are not that different

Same principles!!

You want to solve a problem and make it EASY for people to buy from you

It's the technology and myriad of business models that's confusing some of you

Keep it ridiculously simple

Like if your niche is fat loss for busy professional men over 40, you don't need to shake your ass on Instagram, create a complex webinar funnel and do Facebook Lives while you do to the grocery store

Throw up a PDF on Gumroad and sell that shit direct on Twiter

Now, it doesn't actually need to be Twitter or Gumroad

The point is ELIMINATE as many steps as possible and make it as EASY as possible for people to buy from you

Don't make them jump through 9 hoops just because Russell Brunson said you need a Value Ladder
