Al Nusra is a cancer affecting Syrians in Idlib, they are harassing activists, using fear and terror trying to stop mass protests. Recently they started accusing Syrians who carry revolutionary and freedom seeking signs of being PYD and Western agents.
They have been threatening women, going after civilian activists and terrorizing residents. The mere fact that demonstrations are still going is a second revolution in itself. Al Nusra is a cancer that needs to be cut, their danger has surpassed Assad's.
HTS et al r now the only excuse Assad & others have 2 annihilate the last major area of Syria freed of Assad. Imagine if Idlib was freed from Islamists' terror, imagine if freedom & progress were happening instead HTS' tyranny.. a prospering Edlib IS the greatest threat to Assad.
A free and liberated Edlib would even make Assadists question their inheritor in chief. Even the most ardent Assad supporters know that daring to question the slightest thing in Assadistan can lead to the extermination of their entire family.
The good news is: more and more Syrians in Idlib are defying Nusra.. they are willing to risk death by rejecting and denouncing them than risking certain death by allowing them to subjugate them and rule forever. The contentious and mass protests attest to that.
Over the last few days I have spoken to activists in Idlib who reiterated the same msg: the presence and rule of Nusra has surpassed being just a problem.. Al Nusra's fight against mass protests and Syrians defiance have triggered a new urgent cause for Syrian in Idlib: Revo 2.0
From today: Syrians with the revolutionary flag kick out Nusra/HTS from today's demonstrations.

In response to the massive freedom and equality protests Aacross Idlib, Al Nusra called on its thugs to hold their own protests with their black flags, Syrian protesters surrounded the thugs, chanted against Jolani and Nusra, chaaing them out.
Jabhat Al Nusra thugs have gone on a kindapping streak this weekend. Confirmed this morning: HTS terrorists kidnapped Yasser Al Saleem, a notable lawyer and civilian activist from Kafranbel. His charge: he is not a fan of terrorism in the name of Islam.
