As always, Google showing zero concern for any sort of privacy-related matters. As of their new update Chrome 69 - you are forced to login to Chrome if you want to sign in to any Google service such as Gmail, YouTube, or even Maps.
Google doesn't download your bookmarks, passwords, or browser history if you're not signed in apparently - however if you sign in to ANY Google service on Chrome, they will automatically download take this information and sign you in - per Silicon Angle siliconangle.com/2018/09/23/pri…
Very frustrating if you're a YouTube content creator - I sign into Chrome as YouTube works the best on this browser - and now I'm automatically signed in whether I like it or not.

Today is a day you almost never hear about - Holodomor Remembrance Day, where we remember the 8 million Ukrainians who starved to death as a result of the communist regime.
Any mildly successful farmer was known as a 'kulak' and were killed or expelled to Siberia. If you were even mildly successful in the USSR, well you must have stolen it from someone else.
The new farmers, who were poor and inexperienced, were then given impossible grain quotas which were to then be collectivized and sent to the cities. The farmers weren't paid for it, and weren't allowed keep any grain for themselves.

1. President Donald Trump mocked Christine Blasey Ford last night during a rally. In doing so, he made fun of all women who have experienced the trauma of sexual assault.
2. He also wrote a new chapter in the story of his Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh. In openly disdaining Ford, and invoking supporters to laugh at her pain, the president tried turning the midterms into a referendum on #MeToo.
3. He’s wrong. November’s midterms, indeed all midterms, are a referendum of the party in control of the White House. This is the case. This has always been the case. I can think of one exception.

#UPDATE on Smile Communications service outage. At an arbitration meeting between Smile Communications & Eaton Towers held at UCC, the meeting resolved administrative issues that recently affected the delivery of communication services to Smile customers.

In an arbitration meeting between the two Smile Communications and Eaton Towers (infrastructure provider), it was agreed to reconnect all Smile sites that had been previously switched off to the benefit of all stakeholders concerned & this was done even before the meeting ended.
The parties to the arbitration agreed to sign a temporary addendum to allow re-connection and service restoration pending conclusion of the ongoing negotiations for a new service provisioning agreement.

Opting out doesn't appear to be going well for people so far. I've seen multiple reports of long wait times on the phone and web server crashes.
