As always, Google showing zero concern for any sort of privacy-related matters. As of their new update Chrome 69 - you are forced to login to Chrome if you want to sign in to any Google service such as Gmail, YouTube, or even Maps.
Google doesn't download your bookmarks, passwords, or browser history if you're not signed in apparently - however if you sign in to ANY Google service on Chrome, they will automatically download take this information and sign you in - per Silicon Angle siliconangle.com/2018/09/23/pri…
Very frustrating if you're a YouTube content creator - I sign into Chrome as YouTube works the best on this browser - and now I'm automatically signed in whether I like it or not.
