CNN published a story about the boat accusation at 9:00pm. They tweeted it out at 9:00pm. The story has no mention of the accuser recanting on twitter, which was tweeted at 7:50 pm, over a full hour before publishing

CNN is also saying 5 allegations with their chyron. No clever parenthesis again, that the RI boat accuser has fully recanted.

At 11:48 pm CNN finally updated story. Again, they published a full hour after the accuser from RI recanted. There should have never been a need for an update if they included in original story
