We've separated ourselves into rival groups--Democrats & Republicans--each of which mirrors the other in its insistence that it is the victim group, and the rival group continuously inflicts unjust and immoral harm upon them
It's well worth reading in conjunction with this: "Rethinking 'Don't Blame the Victim"": The Psychology of Victimhood By Ofer Zur. Many of you will find it quite bracing, but I suggest keeping an open mind, seeing if anything we noticed in the last few days might be relevant.
