If any patients die during my procedure I will implement Francis Industries new strategy for handling the situation.

Step 1.
Say they are absolutely fine and went home. "I am as concerned as you are for the whereabouts of your father."

Step 2.
When the family show a video of him waving goodbye to his family and walking into the cath lab, but never re-emerging, I say they are fake news and will be accursed.

Step 3. I do interviews on TV saying I am very worried that there is no word of the patient. "After all, I put in a very fine DES, and with the greatest possible care. I didn't even disrupt the LMS, not even a tiny little bit. So I am very worried that he didn't get home ..."

I get my friends in the US government to not call it the death of Mr X, but the "issue surrounding Mr X"

Step 6.
And I will get Mike Pompeo to be my front man. If he can front for the Saudi's, he can definitely deal with a minor (alleged) cath lab disappearance.
