LAW 35: Master the art of timing.

Hurrying shows weakness and lack of self-control; patience and deliberateness are marks of strength and power.

Time is a construct that you must learn to shape – and non-attachment to the outcome is an essential skill on that path.
1. Time does not exist, except as you create it in your mind. If you lead yourself, you can lead your time.
Without a vision of Yourself and strength of character, time will always seem to be running away.
People are frequently in a rush because they don't know what to do with themselves. Lack of lifelong direction infects every moment.
Don’t let lo-awarenes people drag you into their rush for time. That mindless herd won’t bring you safety but fragility.

They are unprepared and don’t know what they want. They will buckle and change direction with little pressure.
2. When you have a lifelong Vision of Yourself, time is never too little or too much, events don't come too early or too late.
Whoever can shape oneself can shape time.
Use your physicality to open more room for time in your mentality. If the body is rushed, the mind won't be far behind.

Exercise and eat right, so you're never in a hurry and your energy always where your want it to be.
Building fitness builds patience also. Every physical challenge is an opportunity for cognitive development.
3. Make time go faster or slower by shaping your environment.
Know how the big and the small, the fast and the slow, the loud and the quiet, the few and the many affect time.
Begin from your home and everyday objects – find out how they affect time. Use what gives you more time and control over it, discard the rest.
People often lose control of time because they live in the wrong place, in the wrong home, with the wrong people.

Know that anything long-term that prevents you from handling time can destroy your life.

Remove the toxicity or remove yourself before death and regret.
4. You cannot master the art of timing without learning to practice non-attachment to the outcome.
People lose control of time because they let conditions make decisions.
The more you fixate on what's going to happen, the less control you have over what's already happening.
Do not hurry, do not dither. Do exactly as you will.
The more you worry about the outcome, the less you can invest in your actions which determine the outcome.
Every result is fleeting, but the skills and experience you gain can last you a lifetime. They let you make time where others see chaos and confusion.
5. Accept that everything is temporary and use it to your advantage.

No today will turn into a big yes tomorrow if you bide your time.
6. Grit is the timeless skill.
Time is just one of the many delusions that instill fear and confusion in the fractured mind.
