Humans are terrible at it, so don’t do it
Far better to focus your attention into a concentrated beam aimed at one goal than spreading to thin
Start task > complete task > next task
Follow this structure and you’ll get much more done, much faster
“The only way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time”
You’re losing if you’re not breaking your goals down into daily, bite sized portions
Get clarity when it comes to your goals one year out, and break it down by monthly, weekly, and daily tasks
Seriously, for every 45mins - 1 hour of work you should be taking 15 min breaks
Give your brain a moment to decompress, and it will operate much more smoothly
Your brain gets fatigued as you make decisions
Because of this, you should start with getting your hardest task out of the way first, when your ability to make better decisions is at its peak
Will get through it with quick efficiency this way
For everything you do, you should be thinking in terms of systems
“How can I automate this process as much as possible?” Should be a question you ask yourself regularly
While hard work is important, always remember that smart work > hard work
You’ll get -
✅ More done in less time
✅ Better results with less effort
✅ A process that lasts a lifetime
❌ Stop wasting your time
❌ Stop wasting your life
✅ Start getting shit done
✅ And start balling like a boss
Opportunity is calling
Will you listen?
The time is NOW 👇
