@prasannavishy @amargov @shrikanth_krish thought of sharing some interesting trivia: 1/n Tipu Sultan had designed rockets made of iron that could fire longer distances with more power than the extant cardboard ones. The British saw their effect in the First Two Anglo Mysore Wars
/n Being British, they quickly studied. Improved upon and launched the Congreve rockets. These rockets were used by the British against the Americans in the battle of 1812 off Cape Cod
/n A young lawyer wrote the "Star Spangled Banner" as he watched the American flag still fluttering atop Fort McHenry despite massive British shelling from ships using Congreve rockets. One of the ships was the HMS Minden
/n The lawyer was Francis Scott Key. The HMS Minden began life in 1810 in Mumbai at the Duncan port. Jamshedji Bomanji Wadia was the shipbuilder
/n Who happens to be a forefather of one Indian businessman Nusli Wadia of Britannia, Bombay Dyeing fame. He is the grandson of Mohd Ali Jinnah, the Father of Pakistan.
