People have given so much for you to be able to exercise the right to vote.
They've given tears.
They've given time
They've given sweat.
They've given blood.
Some have even given their lives.

And some still are working upstream against a society that does not want them to vote.
What I'm saying is, voting is something that has real value. It's far from perfect and I know it is easy to become disillusioned when the world doesn't match your expectations. But people have given up so much so you can vote and have a voice.
Even if the way you vote won't change your life any--your vote may change someone else's life for the better. But know that there are also people who don't want that other person's life to be better, because they see someone else's improvement as a step down for themselves.
