1/ Tech cos @Oracle, @PalantirTech & others gave some weak excuses for trying to keep their diversity numbers secret.

They said:

*Other companies would steal their workers.

*It would invade employee privacy.

*And the kicker: They'd face bad PR. revealnews.org/article/oracle…
2/ We challenged those excuses, suing the government. We won.

Now, government contractors can't hide their EEO-1 reports, which show their workforce broken down by race, gender and broad job category.
3/ It also means we can see the wild arguments they have made for hiding their numbers.

My investigation was prompted by this Mar 2017 video feauturing Canadian Pastor Craig Buroker revealing he learned Trump won b/c 20,000 pastors in 11 American swing states gave their databases of 15 million to a "big data firm" for a POLITICAL campaign. /2
Churches have a tax-exempt status and shouldn't be sharing personal data w/ a campaign's data firm to help "their side" win.

Did 15 million parishioners know and consent to this?

This data firm (as well as any others they may have partnered with) now has their data forever. /3

Tesla got grilled this week by state officials over @willCIR's reporting.

They rebutted his reporting with misleading and false claims.

In reality, workers had to wait days to get an appointment. In the meantime, they were sent back to work through the pain, as Stephon Nelson's medical records show:

The pillbug that lives in our gardens is in the amusingly-named Armadillidiidae family: they're isopods, or terrestrial crustaceans. This means they are definitely related to lobsters. One wonders how they might taste if they were really big..
BUT WAIT: there is such a thing as a giant isopod: it looks pretty much exactly like the small rollable isopods that live in your pansies. (They are directly related to one another). They can grow to be almost a foot long, thanks to deep-sea gigantism.

Most children held in the Shenandoah facility who were the focus of the abuse lawsuit were caught crossing the border illegally alone. They were not the children who have been separated from their families under the Trump administration’s recent policy /2

1/ @elonmusk is trying to dismiss our story about serious safety problems at the company’s factory.

Musk has misrepresented our findings in order to try to tear them down.
2/ We found that Tesla reduced standard safety signals like yellow paint & forklift beeps because of Musk's preferences.

Multiple former members of Tesla's environment, health and safety team said this was common knowledge. Some factory supervisors said the same thing.
3/ Safety professionals, hired by Tesla to oversee safety, determined there should be more yellow for pedestrian safety, but were told "Elon does not like the color."

Forklift beeps were sometimes disabled when Musk was around, we were told, because he didn't like the noise.
