The entire Republican Party conspiring to kill an investigation into the worst attack we've ever seen against our democracy, Bob.
It's infuriating that Trump is willing to at least hint that Whitaker is disclosing to him all the details of the Mueller investigation without any fear his party will do anything to stop him.
And it's worse because Trump is right.
And it's worse because Trump is right.
People forget what actually saved us during Watergate -- a fully Democratic Congress.
If there were any justice left at the Justice Department, this would be more than enough for recusal.
Instead, Trump is now essentially the principal officer in charge of the Mueller investigation, which he is currently savaging on Twitter from the toilet.
I'm probably paranoid but the only thing that saves the Mueller investigation now will be if Trump has to go out in the rain to kill it.
