Some new details: Jeffrey Clark appeared in court today and the judge ruled against pre-trial release. It came out in court that Clark's father was not one of the relatives who turned him in to the FBI
Court documents include photos from the inside of Jeffrey Clark's house and it looks ... pretty much like you'd expect 
Law enforcement also found body armor and helmets in the house. Clark told officials he wanted to move to West Virginia to nonviolently "take-over" a town with "like-minded white nationalists."
They also found a Nazi flag; a flyer for Atomwaffen, the neo-Nazi group responsible for several murders; and a drawing of a man with a rifle pointed at a man with a yarmulke. The drawing includes a list of goals, including "end birthright citizenship"
Because there is no federal law against domestic terrorism the case against Clark rests on the charge that Clark owned guns while smoking lots of weed
