Since the referendum she has allowed the fiction that the EU is to blame for "mass" immigration to persist.

Freedom of movement applies not only to incomers, but to Britons who want to work and live abroad. She is glorying in removing that right.

By failing to do her job, Mrs May is one of the causes of Brexit. Now she is posturing as a heroine salvaging the best of a bad job in the national interest. In fact she is vain, opportunistic, over-ambitious and incompetent. This deal works for no one. Ends
