2/ In December 2016, I was so focused on convincing Congress to delay certification of Trump's "win" I urged media to *temporarily* put aside the Russia issue to pursue the readily provable "Trumplandia" conspiracy at the FBI—thus buying time for a pre-inauguration Russia probe.
3/ Mensch has been caught making up sources; changing her articles after the fact to make them seem correct; using sources whose identity she hasn't confirmed; falsely accusing 200 real journos of being Kremlin agents; taking tweets wildly out of context. She's a dangerous fraud.
4/ Mensch, December '16: "Whilst I'm not completely on the Trump Train, I've bought my ticket and I'm waiting on the platform. [His Cabinet is] great pick after great pick. I couldn't be happier. I'm very very nearly on the Trump Train. I'm certainly thinking of getting on [it]."
