Discussions among governments in Council didn’t go smoothly either yesterday, apparently. Whether there can actually be a deal in the trilogue negotiation today is still wide open. Expect updates during the break around lunchtime and later tonight. #SaveYourInternet

Remember Parliament changed from voting against in July to voting in favour in September? Main argument was that an exception to #Article13 for small businesses was added. Today, @AxelVossMdEP scrapped that exception. We’re back to the July version, basically. #SaveYourInternet
