2/ The Senate resolution title "Supporting a Diplomatic Solution in Yemen and Condemning the Murder of Jamal Khashoggi" but as far as I can see, doesn't "condemn" any individual for it
3/ Only mention of curtailing US support for Saudi coalition in Yemen is declaration of no statutory auth for US "involvement in hostilities in the Yemen civil war" (not the counterterrorism ops) and "supports" ending "air-to-air refueling" (I believe KSA now has that capability)
4/ The above is the separate (Corker) resolution passed by voice vote after the main Yemen resolution + amendments vote
