Const. Art III Sec 3 – “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them..” FULL STOP.

What Judge Sullivan discovered by reading the redacted portions was that Mueller is working on TREASON. He may not have charged Flynn, but the judge could clearly see he might have been charged & somebody is/will be. Sullivan didn't invent the TREASON concept out of thin air.
