Looking for examples of social movements, activist campaigns etc. that organised with a transparent handbook so anyone can copy their structure.

Like the Enspiral Handbook (handbook.enspiral.com) but for movements.

Any clues? #occupy #ExtinctionRebellion #BLM
@AyniTeam @UlexProject do you have examples to share? Looking for a specific movement or organisation that publishes their "how we work" documentation, e.g. decision-making, roles, comms tools, policies, etc.
@pircuk I just learned about your transition to flat organisation. Thanks for your commitment to sharing lessons!

Do you have a public handbook for how you work? And can you share examples of other nfp orgs/networks/campaigns with public handbooks?
Hey @NEON_UK I've just found your lovvvely collection of resources (thanks!) neweconomyorganisers.org/resources

Do you know any examples of a specific org/campaign/network/etc with a public handbook explaining details of how they organise (decisions, roles, tools, etc).
Mostly people are sharing generalised lessons, like Rules for Radicals (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rules_for…). Thanks for the responses on this thread so far!

However, I most want to find examples where one specific org makes their structure transparent, because...
...I think the right structure for an org must be custom-fit to its context.

My org dev process:
🏠 understand local context
🌏 zoom out to global view
🔎 zoom in to adjacent local context (e.g. a similar org)
🏡 come back home with lessons interpreted thru global context
