You need to watch this video. @tundefashola discussing Mambilla Power Plant. For the first time since conception circa 40 years ago, the Plant has reached EPC contract closure - the $5.7bn contract was signed a year ago. China Exim Bank now finalizing financing terms.

Turns out between 1999 and 2015, the FG signed on three different contractors for Mambilla - different Govt different contractor. Matters ended up in court, a yuuge mess. @FMPWH under BRF finally resolved the matter, got all 3 contractors to enter a JV, and sign an EPC contract.

BRF: Mambilla Hydropower Plant will require, over 5-year course of contstruction, 18 MILLION 50kg bags of cement, & 18 MILLION tonnes of Aggregate (Sand,granite,laterite,stone)

Also,116 Nigerian companies - insurance, logistics, catering, etc - have submitted proposals to @FMPWH
