2/ Seriously, Scott? The IRS rules pretty clearly require the car be placed in service by year-end in order to qualify for the full subsidy. So, what you're telling us is that you are committing tax fraud, and $TSLA is a co-conspirator.

9/ Just a bit of advice for you, Scott. Unsolicited, free, so go ahead and ignore it. Don't do it. Penalties for tax fraud can be severe. In this instance you are, in effect, paying less than your share so that other taxpayers pay more. Not pretty.
