The Fatah charter argued that "Jews" have no nationality and thus should not have a state. The Hamas Charter isn’t concerned about Palestinian occupied territory, it is concerned about “Jews' usurpation,” and the Islamic need to fight ““warmongering Jews” and “kill them.”
