@JonathanTurley administrations basically ignored FARA (seven prosecutions from 1966-2015 ) with Mueller and Liu fast approaching that number. Any way we look at it, Mueller is part of the Trump administration. He is under the authority of the DOJ and the DOJ is under the authority of Trump. #3
