Do America's "laws" reflect the actual Will of The People? Do lawmakers in Congress design laws per the Will of The People.

Actually, it's more likely every new law (1) equals multiple new crimes, i.e. 1 new = 3 new crimes. Pretty scary reality. We are in all senses of this thought a criminal in the eyes of "law" from the time we wake up to the time we go to sleep.
The judicial and their law enforcers can cash in on you at any point in time and that's the reality we live in here in the U.S.A.
