May's deal is unacceptable & should be rejected this week. It places NI under the EU's indefinite regulatory control. It gives the EU €39bn we do not owe with no trade deal in return. And it envisages a future relationship whereby the UK is dominated & has its laws set by the EU
The UK is not leaving the EU in order to do a deal with the EU. Having a deal with the EU is not worth surrendering our ability to set our own laws & make our own deals with non-EU countries. That was precisely what the EU referendum was about.
The UK's leaving the EU was not happenstance, some alignment of events never to be repeated. This is not "our one chance to leave". Leaving reflects the unsustainability, long-term, of the UK being dominated by the Single European State. The EU referendum set only Brexit's timing
Therefore MPs should not fear moves to withdraw Article 50 when May's deal is defeated will mean no Brexit. They do not & cannot, for Brexit is the result of much deeper forces, far beyond the reach of Bercow, Grieve or May.
