SCCOP: Trump directed Michael Cohen to lie to Congress about the Moscow Tower Project. Trump knew Cohen was speaking to Kremlin officials about the deal and even told Cohen to plan a Russia trip during the campaign so Trump could meet with Putin.

Mueller's team learned about Trump’s directive for Michael Cohen to lie to Congress through interviews with multiple witnesses from Trump Org and internal company emails, text messages, & a cache of other documents. Cohen then confirmed it during interviews with Mueller.

Don Jr testified to the Senate Judiciary Cmte in 2017 that he was only “peripherally aware” of the Moscow Tower plans. Two law enforcement sources dispute this characterization and said that he & Cohen had multiple, detailed discussions on the subject during the campaign.

Trump doesn't use email – but his longtime assistant Rhona Graff did. Graff often scanned and emailed Trump's handwritten responses to emails. Mueller may have Trump's handwritten directions to Michael Cohen re the Moscow Tower project & lying to Congress.
