Linda Raschke's seminal book 'Street Smarts' is about 140 Pages and is priced at around 7.5k on Amazon. Of that 21 Strategies are discussed in 121 Pages. So it's 6 pages for each. The Strategy with 4-5 Rules for Trading it are in 1 page with the other 5 devoted to examples
The language and logic is so clear that even a schoolboy can decipher it. It works- many successful Traders will attest to it and she herself has made millions of dollars Trading it. Yet only a minuscule percentage of those reading it threadbare are able to Trade it successfully.
This should make it clear that just by learning a Strategy from a book, video or seminar will not somehow transform anyone into a successful Trader. There is an x factor involved and it is the search for that x factor that is the difference between a successful and failed Trader
While working with a mentor or attending a Seminar or Workshop can point the way, the Trader has to make the lonely journey towards Success and Profitability alone. God is not found in the confluence of the Kumbh Mela but likely under a Peepal Tree.
The unsuccessful Trader will go on searching for another book, another Strategy, another Seminar, another Mentor. The successful one will search within himself and, if God is kind, find the missing link.
