I've updated my PowerBI report mapping industrial wind turbines in Ontario with production, and cost, summary pages.

now including a view of annual generation and costs - including estimates for curtailment. filter by month, or zone, or contract type, , or facility (with map if you choose!)
And for the reader preferring tabular data, summary figures over the life of each facility that can be filtered down to any particular hour!

if you wanted monthly ON electricity reporting for Canada Day - especially if you've been jonesing for May reporting from the IESO - here's my shadow reporting for June:

toggle on some more months and the BI page can also provide quarterly figured:
demand up about 4%
imports up the most, followed closely by gas.
hydro down the most.
Select the first 6 months and "Ontario Demand shows 3% growth from the first half of 2017 - pretty much back to the levels of 2015 and 2016.

I'm going to repeat some tweets from a couple of weeks ago that didn't thread corrected - please excuse the repetition, but the points could use repeating - on CA and what I consider the WCI scam ON is now escaping from.
some people are probably confused by the vast difference in information coming from @AldyenDonnelly and the statements of confidence in the WCI scheme from the polished @EcofiscalCanada hive . Maybe my view of data will make you more attentive to Aldyen...
The data summary is a little messy due to re categorization of refineries and fuel suppliers, but basically "Electricity Importer" is responsible for most (23.3 Mt CO2e) of CA's reductions from 2011-2016 (29.2 MT CO2e).

This is a thread on the repealed #Ontario health & education curriculum. Let’s start with the most important point. IT IS NOT SEX ED. The curriculum is HEALTH & PHYSICAL EDUCATION. @fordnation uses hot button terms like #SexEd to fire up religious extremists

 Many news sites refer to Badwan as either a protestor or a demonstrator who was shot and killed by the #IDF. The photo on the left, from the DailyMail, states Badwan is a protestor. The photo on the right from CGTN states Badwan is a protestor as well.

 The problem is Badwan wasn’t there to protest in the way most people think. This video was taken Friday afternoon at the Karni crossing where Palestinians were clashing w/ #IDF soldiers. At the end, you can see Badwan being evacuated after getting shot by the #IDF.
