Mueller says that, on Sep 18, 2016, Stone emailed an article to Credico containing allegations about Hillary and asked Credico to pass message to Assange for State or HRC emails around Aug 20, 2011 that "mention" topic or "confirm narrative". Must be about Libya. What article? 
2/ And why didn't Mueller identify article? Turning to WL archive of Hillary State Dept emails (which are collation of public material, not a hack), there's a totally redacted exchange re Libya on Aug 21 with Tom Donilon, then NatSec Adviser.
3/ there's an interesting small point in Hillary email exchange with Donilon. She used hdr22 clintonemail address to send email to Donilon and hrod17 clintonemail address to send email to Sullivan, both sent on Aug 21, 2011.
4/ on Aug 21, Ben Rhodes distributed draft Obama statement on to Jake Sullivan (State dept email), who sent to Hillary.

6/ as in Venezuela, US had recognized an unelected Libyan opposition figure, Moustafa Jalil, as the "true" leader of Libya. Jalil has long since passed out of view, as Libya descended into a hell of islamists, ISIS, Al Qaeda, even slave markets

7/ Obama promised to "join with allies and partners to continue the work of safeguarding the people of Libya". However, after Hillary gleefully cackled at Qaddafi's death, the US seemed to lose interest in "safeguarding" Libya, Benghazi being used to run guns to Syrian jihadis.
8/ Obama's oration closed with the message that "the Libyan intervention demonstrates what [F-UK-US] can achieve when we stand together as one".
