I was covering Rusal in 2017 as a key hub for oligarchs close to Putin & with ties to Trump - most of the current reporting on lifting of sanctions is not discussing others involved in Rusal besides Deripaska, including Blavatnik, Vekselberg, and Glencore

In 2017 few in US media covered Deripaska companies Rusal and EN+ - including En+ IPO on London Stock Exchange which raised $1.5 billion from CEFC China Energy, Singapore's AnAn, Glencore & others - $ was used to pay debt owed to sanctioned VTB
