In February 2017 when Artemenko was involved in a Ukraine Peace plan with Felix Sater & Michael Cohen that was passed to Michael Flynn - Viktor Medvedchuk reportedly helped Artemenko formulate the Ukraine peace plan (Medvedchuk denied this)
Another article from February 2017 mentioned that Andriy Artemenko met with Viktor Medvedchuk, Serhiy Lyovochkin and Yuriy Boyko on a trip to Moscow before news came out about the Ukraine peace plan
